My entry for our first team challenge of 2022
COMPLETED PROJECT
For 2022 myself and my fellow Northern Ireland demonstrators who are looked after by the wonderful Gina, who calls us her “Emerald Gems” decided it was time to get loud and proud about the talent our wee pool of demonstrators have and share it with all who will listen. So at the end of last year we planned 12 monthly challenges each with it’s own theme for 2022.
January we had the task of creating anything (card, home decor, 3D project or scrapbook page) using products that you can receive FREE during the Sale-a-bration promotion that runs until the 28th February. My project consisted of 3 different card designs. All were cute little 3×3 cards using the Friendly Hello stamp set and coordinating designer series paper (DSP) duo that come together FREE when you spend £90 during the Sale-a-bration promotion (ends 28th Feb) One design followed the idea of #simplestamping. The second made the designer series paper the star of the show. The third had both the DSP and some stamping together. I wanted to show that you do not need a great deal of craft supplies to make quick, simple but beautiful cards when you have products that perfectly coordinate with each other. Making cards this size makes your stash go further too and the simple techniques used are perfect if you wanted to batch make these and perhaps put a collection of 6 along with envelopes into a matching box to gift to someone.
